Where to go?
The Clarksville Driver Services Center is located at 220 West Dunbar Cave Road which is off Wilma Rudolph Boulevard.
The Center is open Monday – Friday from 8:30am to 5:00 pm; however, they may stop 于截止时间前接受申请，以便于 the end of the business day.

What do I need to bring?
- Passport
- DS-2019
- Social Security Number Affidavit
- I-94
- Two proofs of Tennessee residency (acceptable forms of proofs).
- Letter from the Office of Study Abroad and International Exchange.

Be prepared for long lines at the driver’s license office.

What if I lose my license or it is stolen?

How do I change my address?
